Dut Car Rental has no hidden fees. Our prices are in IDR and include tax and service, unlimited kilometres and standard insurance.

When booking with Dut Car Rental, you need to make a down payment to secure your booking. Full payment is required when you collect your car. Payment method accepted:

• Cash payment.
• Paypal.
• Wise.
• Bank transfer (SWIFT or IBAN).

You also need to make a security deposit for self drive rental.

A prepaid reservation is a non refundable booking. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.

You can hire a car with Dut Car Rental if you are at least 20 years of age and you hold a current, valid Drivers Permit. There is no maximum age to hire with us, as long as you licence is valid you can rent an Dut Car Rental.

If you are travelling during the peak travel season in Bali (June to August and November to January), we would recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure the best rates and choice of vehicles.

There are a few roads that we won’t let our cars be driven on, these are any unformed road, gravel road, muddy road, and including any beach.

For the comfort of all our customers, we have a no smoking policy across all of our vehicles. A valet charge of USD 100 minimum will apply.

If you’re looking to extend your hire, we strongly recommend that you contact us as soon as you can. Due to low availability in high season, we can’t guarantee any extension but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We won’t be able to provide a refund. This is because the vehicle has been reserved for you for the entire rental period.

After the stated time on the contract, you’ll be charged an hourly rate for up to 4 hours. After this period, a full day’s rental and insurance will be charged.

There’s no need – we have a great team of groomers at the branch that can sort that for you. We ask that you remove all rubbish and personal belongings from the car at the time of drop-off. If the car is dirty (i.e. mud on body of the car), we ask that you rinse off excess dirt before you return the car.
